Order Information
Cannulae Offered differ in diameters, lengths, tips, and handles that they are built to order. Please allow up to 3 days for us to fabricate your cannulae.
Return Policy
In order to perform your best, your surgical products need to be just right. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition. We will exchange the item or give you credit subject to a 10% restocking fee for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed. Used cannulae are non-refundable.
Garments must be returned in the condition it was received. Specifically, any garments with stains, rips, or tears will not be accepted.

Shipping Information
a) Any order that is placed after 2 p.m. PST will be processed the next business day.
Example: An order placed on Friday at 4:45 p.m. will be processed the following Monday.
b) Ground and Rush deliveries are delivered during business days by UPS unless you specify for Saturday delivery.
c) Rush deliveries offered are: UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, & UPS 3rd Day
c1) If you have selected any rush delivery method, please enter a specific time of the day you would like to receive your package. By not specifying your preferred time, we will send your package to be received by End of Day for the best economical cost.
NOTE: Please check with your local UPS agent first what special times are offered in your area before you indicate what specific time you need it by. All cities differ in special times nationwide.
Example: You may choose to have your package sent UPS 2nd Day specifically by 10:30 a.m., however your area only offers by 8:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. Please choose accordingly.
c2) Please be aware that freight process tend to be relatively higher for rush deliveries especially if it is early AM.
